Edge of Chaos

Ink cap spore print and hand written words in ink on canvas backed paper impregnated with peat and ink. The pattern on the left is from a cross section through the apex of the human heart and the words list all the winds from different cultures in the world. On The right the pattern is from the surface of a redwood tree and the words list all the ocean currents. The work is essentially about Complexity Theory.
